Every shul gets its own address: yourshul.shamashhub.com. Staff sign in there; your members' portal lives at yourshul.shamashhub.com/portal.

The account admin signs up once, picks the apps, and invites the rest of the staff from Users & Staff. Every staff member gets exactly the access you give them — per app, and per section inside the app.
